Good to know

What format do I get my review in?

A marked-up version of your own floor plan with mistakes and suggested fixes drawn directly on it, plus basic dimensions. One revision is included to refine it with your feedback.

How long does it take?

Roughly one week per floor plan. Because I work on one project at a time, your start date depends on the current queue — shown live above.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, JPG, or PNG of your plan. A clear plan with dimensions gives the most useful review.

What if my project is very large?

Plans beyond the standard tiers are priced individually — use the "Request a Custom Quote" button and I'll reply within 24 hours.

Refund & cancellation policy

  • Before work begins: full refund if you cancel before I start your markup.
  • After work begins or is delivered: because this is custom work, the fee is non-refundable once the markup has started.
  • Revisions: one revision is included; additional revisions are charged separately.
  • Area accuracy: if the actual plan area exceeds the area you entered at checkout, the order may be adjusted with extra charges for the additional area, or cancelled and refunded if the difference can't be settled.
  • Turnaround: start and delivery dates are good-faith estimates based on the current queue, not guarantees.
